His diverse skills range from being a supervisor and estimator to a plan designer and salesman. Known for his meticulous attention to detail, Ken ensures that every home is built with quality and craftsmanship, always staying within budget.

Ken holds a Virginia Class A Contractor license (#2705 100355) and is certified in multiple classifications, including RBC, HIC, CIC, and CBC, with his license set to expire on November 30, 2025. Additionally, he is a DEQ-certified Responsible Land Disturber (Certification #RLD01355), valid through April 10, 2027.
